Whereabouts do you live?
Why did you start this business?
Back when I decided to follow a vegan lifestyle in 2011, lots of my beautiful friends and family were curious about what I’d eat, so I started a small blog to share recipes and ideas with them. To my surprise, my little blog grew and grew, and my love for sharing recipes led me to The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. There, I studied to be a Holistic Health Coach, before eventually resigning from my corporate career as a Cost Engineer to follow my passions.
Tell me a little about what you do
I’m so blessed to spend my days living my passion and sharing my love for health and happiness. As a Holistic Health Coach, I provide one-on-one health coaching, guide group programs, write eBooks, and share recipes and demo videos. I also provide business mentoring to more than 80 Australian students of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
What does a typical day at work look like?
Every day is different but most days include coaching my beautiful clients via the magic of Skype and creating content for my latest project. My love, Dominic, runs his own graphic design company from home too, and creates all of the gorgeous images you see on my websites. So I also spend a fair amount of time collaborating, co-creating and cuddling with him.
What exciting things are in store for your biz?
I’m so excited about my November launch for Sexy Sobriety. Having recently healed a dysfunctional relationship with alcohol myself, I feel deeply inspired by this new biz direction. It’s so different to anything I’ve tried before and the people I’ve met through this project have just been awe-inspiring. I feel like there’s a huge need out there and I can’t wait to launch and have the opportunity to help more people.
What’s your favourite healthy gluten free treat?
I adore just about anything in choc-mint flavour, so I love this Choc-Mint Slice with Choc Ganache. I also make Healthy Hot Choc Fudge Sauce all the time because it’s just so fast, easy and scrumptious!
